CABLE Bahamas’ new flagship Customer Service and Experience Centre in the Mall at Marathon opens its doors to the public this morning with the company offering its REV brand and core product categories “in one unified space”.
David Burrows, Head of Marketing at Cable Bahamas, said: “The ultra-modern REV store combines service, style and technology to create an environment that aptly represent the company’s revolutionary brands” and that it moves the “seemingly mundane” tasks of bill payments, account inquiries, transfers, new service activation and disconnections into “a new realm”.
Mr Burrows led a media tour of the new store, at the Mall’s food court wing, on Saturday.
The “REV Customer Experience Centre“ is designed to increase the quality of customer service the company offers to its more than 70,000 consumers and provide a venue for new and existing customers to experience the wide range of services Cable Bahamas provides, according to Mr Burrows.
“This is a new day in the life of Cable Bahamas, “ Mr Burrows said, adding the new store will offer the latest services and promotional offers and will be more than just a retail outlet. “The REV Customer Experience Centre provides our customers with new and exciting ways to know who we are and what we do. This is also another tangible display of the evolution of our company as the premier provider of entertainment, and communication services.”
He said Cable Bahamas is the first communications provider to offer triple play services in the Bahamas. Mr Burrows added that the company has revolutionised every area of its business under the REV suite of products – covering telephony, Internet and cable TV – by delivering REVOICE, with the most features at the lowest cost in the Bahamas; REVON, which he claimed is the fastest internet broadband in the nation; and REVTV, with its more than 500 channels, 100 of which are in high definition.
The enhanced flagship store will be open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and from 8am to 5pm on Saturday.

LOL duppy it's actually not pirating. The US only allows us to sue the latin feed. That's why Direct TV is so superior. Cheaper, better quality and all English! Plus you don't need any letters from anyone to get your service hooked up. Who cares if satellite is pirated? It's a superior product.... And way cheaper too!!
