Mario Carey Realty’s (MCR) sales team and staff have visited Baha Mar’s new Residential Sales Preview Centre, located in the Royal Blue Golf Clubhouse. This facility structure will also include a restaurant and sports and souvenir shop when the resort opens in December.
Overlooking the massive construction project, MCR staff were greeted by Genevieve Conroy, Baha Mar’s vice-president for residential sales and marketing; Anja Allen, Baha Mar residential sales marketing manager; and Scott Hepburn, Baha Mar sales associate. They toured the Preview Centre, which houses an architectural model that gives an overview of the resort for interested buyers.
Baha Mar’s residential sales and marketing team gave updates on the development, including new renderings of the luxury units in the Rosewood, the Mondrian and Grand Hyatt; the units still available; and buyer’s incentives.
