Dr Myles Munroe is survived by his two children, his son Myles “Chairo” Jr Munroe and his daughter, Charisa Munroe.

Sad to say but I don't know that much about Dr Munroe other than he called himself a Christian, he had an enormous worldwide following and he was obviously very intelligent. I wondered earlier whether he achieved his purpose, because truly only God knows ultimately what he put each of us here to do. I know without a doubt that his impact was enormous. But success isn't the best measure, criminals can be successful. The only other measure I had for him was in terms of our country's development, I think I can say unequivocally, if every young Bahamian male grew up to be like Myles Munroe, we would be in an exceedingly good place, we cannot make that same claim for quite a number of well known "successful" Bahamians. Maybe in each of our purposes is a mandate to leave a stamp of ourselves "for good" that someone can follow. I know he achieved that. He was a leader and a visionary in a time when we can't find leaders and our position holders are without vision. Whether you share his religious beliefs or not, this is a great loss for the country.

It pains me to even write this in the past tense but Dr. Munroe was indeed a highly respected leader, and a gifted orator and from all accounts, a very humble Man of God. I deeply admired him and I will miss his voice on national matters in The Bahamas.

Dr. Miles Munroe "served as a business consultant to governments, Fortune 500 companies and corporations where he addressed critical issues “affecting every aspect of human development”.
The annals of history will show that the PLP & FNM were so entrenched in tribalism and corruption they both ignored and failed to benefit from Dr. Munroes' proven talents......To the detriment of our country and people.
