POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman from Mayaguana who was found dead on Saturday afternoon in Nassau.
According to reports, shortly before 5pm, police received a report that an adult female had been found dead in a home at Crouch and Benson Close, Danottage Estates.
When police arrived they found the lifeless body of the woman in the home. She was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
