A MAN accused of assisting a suspect in connection with a shooting incident was arraigned in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Darius Johnson, 23, of Woods Roger Drive appeared before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson, where he was charged with accessory after the fact. The charge stems from a recent shooting incident in Grand Bahama last week.
Johnson pleaded not guilty to charge and was granted $1,500 cash bail, with conditions to sign in every Monday and Wednesday at Central Police Station. The matter was adjourned to July 27.
