In the very same week that his party announced an outright discriminatory policy, targeting the winnings of poor Bahamian numbers buyers, while exempting foreign gamblers in the casinos (themselves off limits to Bahamians, in another blatant example of discrimination), Hubert Ingraham finally finds his voice on the issue of discrimination – to champion the cause of Dominican fishermen.
You just can’t make this stuff up!
