Semi Military Funeral Service for Retired Superintendant Kenneth Andrews, 80, of Sea Breeze Estates, formerly of South Andros , will be held on Friday, July 13th , 2012 at 10:00a.m. at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Robinson Road. Officiating will be, Monsignor Alfred Culmer. Cremation will follow.
Left to cherish his precious memories are: his loving wife Deloris “Stubbie” Andrews; four sons: Kenrick Andrews (Dr. Shandy), Rodwell “Rod” Andrews (Natasha), Anthony “Tony” Smith (Fostene) and Michael Lightbourne; six Daughters: Kendolyn “Kay” Sands (Frankie), Kim Grant (Pastor Kevin), Julie Fernander (Ian), Nakia Andrews, Marcel Johnson (Charles), and Garnell Frith; three adopted children: Kayla and Charles Ferguson, and Sherese Minnis Deveaux; twenty-two grandchildren: four great-grandchildren: brothers and sisters:; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends including: Ellison Greenslade Commissioner of Police, Retired Police Officers Association, The Honorable Dion Smith, Inspector Mervin Fynes, the RBPF and Retired Police Officers Association, The Holy Family Catholic Church, Sir Orville Turnquest and Family, The Isaacs Family, The Bertha Newbold Family, The Saunders Family, The Clarke Family, The Ned Brown Family, The Dudley Hanna Family, and others too numerous to mention.
There will be now view. Family and friends are invited to sign the register book at Butler's Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest & York Streets on Thursday July 12th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
