A funeral service for the late Rosalia (Rosie) Gomez del Campo Bacardi, age 79, of "Daiquiri House", Lyford Cay, New Providence, The Bahamas, died peacefully at home in Lyford Cay, New Providence, on Tuesday, 11th October, 2016 , will be held at St. Paul's The Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Lyford Cay, New Providence, on Saturday, 15th October, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
Reverend Father Kendrick Forbes will officiate and interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive, Nassau.
She was predeceased by her parents and sister.
She is survived by her adopted son, Mauro; her nieces, Mariana, Elena Laura and Maria Eugenia; her nephew Carlos and his wife, Laurance; her grand nephews, Yaan, Liam, Francisco, Juan, Santiago and Cesar; her grand nieces Alexa, Carolina and Lorena; great grand niece, Lola. Her three beloved canine children, Charlotte, Fiona and Tinita. As well as numerous other family and friends who will cherish her memory.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in her memory to either the Bahamas Humane Society, P.O. Box N. 242, Nassau or the Heart Foundation, P.O. Box N. 1706, Nassau.
