UPDATED: Kenred Dorsett arraigned on nine charges, remanded in custody
Kenred Dorsett has been arraigned on a single count of misconduct in public office and four counts each of extortion and bribery totalling $120,000. He was remanded in custody until August 31, but he has the right to apply for bail in the Supreme Court.
