So let me get this straight.....we need a private speculator to fix a PUBLIC radar, and we're celebrating this? Has everyone lost their minds? A local actual aviation expert has been doing a deep dive into this BACSWING pipe dream, strange how the Tribune only prints fluff pieces on it:
