THE Nassau Institute has joined the "Free to Choose Network" in a worldwide celebration of the centennial of American economist Milton Friedman's birth by hosting a showing of Johan Norberg's new documentary, Free or Equal. It will be shown in The Milton Friedman Room at The Nassau Institute office on Thursday, January 26, at 6:30pm. The one-hour film "examines the contemporary relevance of (Dr. Milton) Friedman's ideas." It is also the 50th anniversary of the publication of Dr Friedman's first book on public policy -- "Capitalism and Freedom. There is no charge for admission.
