TWO high school security officers were held hostage at gunpoint as robbers stole their valuables and ransacked the administrative building they were guarding.
According to police, a male and female guard at the C V Bethel High School were tied up by three armed men yesterday at 3am.
The men, who were armed with a handgun and shotgun, ordered the two officers to co-operate while they searched the office.
The male guard was also robbed of a blue 2003 Nissan Sentra, an undisclosed amount of cash, and a set of keys. After almost two hours, the guards untied themselves and walked to the police station, where they reported the robbery.
Police have no leads and are asking anyone with relevant information to call the nearest police station.
