MARAKO Lundy, a first-year guard from Nassau, has been named men's Player of the Week for the Niagara College Knights basketball team. Lundy had a strong 31-point performance in his comeback game against the Redeemer College Royals. On Friday night, he led the Knights to a 109-61 win, improving their record to 10-7 so far this season. Lundy's return is perfectly timed as the playoffs will be coming up in the next few days. His ability to score and play defence will boost the Knights' attack. Lundy, a graduate of Westminster and a member of Geno Bullard's 'No Bull' basketball club, averages 12 points per game for the Knights on the season.
