POLICE are searching for two men in connection with the armed robbery of a food store this weekend.
According to reports, the men entered John Chea, on Wulff Road, armed with handguns and demanded cash sometime after 4pm Saturday.
The robbers escaped with an undetermined amount of cash when they fled the area on foot.
Meanwhile, police recovered two handguns and arrested a juvenile found in possession of an imitation firearm.
The 16-year-old boy was arrested at Lewis Street, off Market Street, shortly after 9pm on Saturday. The firearms were discovered by officers of the Southeastern Division in a busy area off Charles Saunders Highway sometime around 5.30pm the same day.
