POLICE are searching for two men in connection with a double shooting on Baillou Hill Road. Initial reports indicate the shootings are the result of an argument between four men shortly before noon Monday. Two men, aged 23 and 28, received gunshot injuries and are in stable condition at hospital. The victims were taken to hospital by a private vehicle. Anyone with information that may assist police with their investigation are asked to contact 919, or Crime Stoppers at 324-TIPS. TRIO HELD OVER ARMED ROBBERY THREE men were arrested in connection with an armed robbery. On Monday night, a masked man entered Road Runner, Fire Trail Road, and demanded cash. Armed with a handgun, the robber fled the area with an undetermined amount of cash in a black Mitsubishi Mirage shortly after 9pm. Police intercepted the vehicle a short time later and arrested three men, aged 18, 19, and 22. Two of the suspects are residents of Sunset Park, and the other man is a resident of Fire Trail Road. Police investigations continue. 'SUICIDE' VICTIM NAMED POLICE have identified the victim of the alleged suicide onboard the Fantasy Cruise Ship Friday as 26-year-old Walter Bouknight, of Batesvallie, South Carolina. The case will be forwarded to the coroner's office after an autopsy has been completed.
