FREEPORT – Royal Bank of Canada is inviting the public to the 2012 Home and Auto Expo.
The Expo will be held at RBC’s Freeport branch, East Mall and Explorer’s Way, on Saturday, August 18 from 12-5pm.
Expo attendees will be able to take advantage of deals on choice properties, low prices on the latest car models, on the spot financing and insurance, RBC said.
“The expo was created to provide an exciting, family oriented setting where clients can enjoy the convenience of a one-stop shopping experience for property, cars and other commodities,” said the bank in a statement.
“RBC has partnered with various reputable companies in the home and auto industries and in other life-enhancement sectors to create this year’s event.”
Participating companies include real estate companies and developers, auto dealers, home maintenance and security providers, and insurance companies.
Representatives from these companies will be at the expo to display their products and services and answer questions.
These companies will be offering special prices, discount coupons and giveaways, RBC said.
RBC personal financial services experts and RBC FINCO mortgage specialists will also be on hand at the Expo to provide information and assist with home, consumer and auto loans.
“RBC is committed to helping its clients choose the best financial solutions to help them provide better lives for them and their families.
“The majority of Bahamians make financial decisions based on a desire to improve their lives, along with the lives of their loved ones. With that belief in mind, RBC has ensured that the expo will be a family friendly event. Refreshments will be available at the Expo and a bouncing castle and face painting will be available for the kids,” the statement said.
Ms Tanya McCartney, managing director of RBC FINCO said she is excited about the upcoming expo and encouraged Bahamians to take advantage of the event.
She said: “RBC and FINCO are not only here to help clients realise a dream of owning a home or car, but we want to assist them in making their house a home and maintaining their home, property and automobile.”
