US Republican presidential nominee Rick Santorum is surging in the polls because he is militantly pro-life, morally consistent and politically courageous - just what America needs. The foundation of America's problems is not the economy, immigration, or its foreign policies, but morality. When morality disappears, when men begin treating each other as mere commodities, then everything else falters.

Decades of Godless Supreme Court decisions have created an anti-family culture of death in the US that now sanctions and promotes everything from contraception to abortion, homosexual activity, sex outside of marriage, pornography, easy divorce, embryonic stem cell research, sterilization and in-vitro fertilization.

President Obama, more than any other president, has not only continued this tradition of moral bankruptcy, which in turn has devalued the economic currency of the nation, but he has worked endlessly to spread it abroad to other countries - all at the taxpayers' expense. He has gone so far as to discourage and eliminate - especially through his healthcare reform -- religion and moral convictions from the public square.

President Obama promised Americans great things. He challenged them to have "The Audacity of hope" and to put their faith in his anti-life, anti-family policies. In return he brought them only economic and moral despair. The only candidate seriously capable of altering this sad state of affairs and re-establishing America as a nation in touch with its democratic roots and moral foundation is Rick Santorum. He is a man in touch with the true heart and soul of America.
