THE SECOND man wanted in connection with the deadly Baller Night Club shooting is now in police custody, police have confirmed.
Police issued a wanted bulletin for 34-year-old Julian Collie alias "Heads", 24 hours after eight people were wounded in the night club shoot-out on May 29.
Police say officers of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), accompanied by officers of Rapid Strike, arrested Collie around 5.30am on Sunday at a residence on Jacaranda Street, Pinewood Gardens.
Police also issued a warrant for Stephen "Die" Stubbs,
37, in connection with the shooting. He was arrested at his mother's home nearly 24 hours after the wanted bulletin was issued, however, he was not charged in connection with the club shooting.
Stubbs was instead charged with aiding and abetting the August 2009 murder of Delano Morris.
He was not required to enter a plea to the charge, but was remanded to prison without bail being considered.
His mother, Natalie Stubbs, who maintains her son's innocence, sobbed after her son entered Court 10 where the arraignment took place. She recited Psalm 23, saying, "The Lord is my shepherd, Stephen shall not want."
Stubbs will return to court on July 4 when he will be presented with a Voluntary Bill of Indictment. He was remanded to prison until completion of his trial.
Kevin McDonald,16, of Peter Street and Corderro Finley, 21, of Nassau Village died of their injuries in the Baller club shooting.
Police say a fight erupted inside the club, resulting in eight people being shot.
Two men are in critical condition and four others, including a woman, are in serious, but stable condition.
Paul Rolle, Head of CDU, said police also have another man in custody in connection with the shooting. Both men are expected to be questioned sometime today.
Active police investigations continue.
