JUST one week remains in the Bahamas Flag Football League 2012 regular season and all but one slot remains undecided for the playoffs which begins in just under three weeks.

The Green Parrot Hitmen (5-7) clinched the third playoff spot in the Atlantic division Sunday by virtue of a Galaxy Invaders (3-8-1) loss which eliminated them from playoff contention.

Despite the Hitmen's 26-6 loss to the division leading Heineken Spartans (11-1), they backpedaled into the playoffs after the Go Green Predators (10-2) closed the day with a 14-7 win over the Galaxy Invaders (3-8-1).

In other week 12 action, The Odyssey Ravens (11-1) shut out the Warriors 33-0 (2-9-1), the RBC Lions (8-3-1) topped the Pirates (3-8-1) 20-12, and the New Providence Hurricanes (4-8) defeated the Bahamasair Flyers (1-11) 19-6.

The third and final spot in the Coastal division will come down to the final week of the season.

The NP Hurricanes lead the Pirates by just a half game and with a win will advance to the playoffs.

The Hurricanes will ride a three game winning streak into a showdown against the Lions.

The Pirates will need a win over the Warriors, who have lost nine consecutive games, and a Hurricanes loss to get in.

Week 13 is expected to include several intriguing matchups setting the tone for the postseason.

The Spartans are slated to face the Predators in a No.1 vs No.2 matchup in the Atlantic division.

The Hitmen are scheduled to face Galaxy while the Ravens will take on Bahamasair in the final game of the regular season.

In the women's league, Lynx (3-4) clinched the third playoff spot after the Femme Fatale Predators (1-6) were shut out by the Heineken Lady Spartans (6-1) 20-0.

The G-Fit Pink Foxes (6-1) remained in first place with an 8-6 win over Lynx.

In observance of Father's Day, the BFFL will not play this weekend but is all set to continue with week 13 on Sunday, June 24.
