A MAN is accused of chasing down two men and shooting them near a service station in East Bay Street.
Omar Chisholm, 34, of Yamacraw Beach Estates will stand trial before Justice Bernard Turner on April 7, 2014 facing two charges of attempted murder, which he denies.
It is claimed that on October 26, 2011, he tried to cause the deaths of Kevin Johnson and Franky Pierre. The two men were chased down by a man and shot near the Esso service station in East Bay Street.
Prosecutors allege Chisholm was the culprit. At yesterday’s Supreme Court arraignment, he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
