Superintendent Clayton Fernander, who has just returned from the United States where he underwent surgery to save his right arm greets Assistant Commissioner Hulan Hanna at the Odyssey airport moments ago.
Supt. Fernander was the victim of a late night shooting that almost claimed his life.

you mean we got a plane that can fly a cop home ,which is good ,but can,t fly round ragged island spotting the hatians and domminicans ...everytime i,m fishing in the Jumentos i see them , but then again w/ the defense force getting crawfish from the domminicans to sell for big profit, cuase we the people gave the RBDF the boat and fuel ,,, i guess they know where they are ,,,
