POLICE in Exuma are investigating the death of a man who was found in the parking lot of Moss Town airport.
According to reports, the 35-year-old of New Providence was found dead around 8.30am on Monday.
At present, foul play is not suspected. Active police investigations continue.
In a separate case police are questioning four men in connection with an armed robbery which occurred at Faith Avenue and Cowpen Road sometime during January. Officers of the Selective Enforcement Team (SET) arrested the men around 9pm on Monday at a residence on Gaulin Avenue, Haven Subdivision. Investigations continue.
The police’s mobile division arrested a 37-year-old man of Deveaux Street after he was found with an imitation firearm.
He was arrested before 4am on Monday at a business establishment on Wulff Road.
Mobile Division officers have also arrested seven men for the following:
Two men, aged 29 and 22 on outstanding criminal warrants.
A 34-year-old man of Dean Street for fraudulent use of license disc,
Two men, aged 35 and 19 with reference to assault with a deadly weapon.
A 26-year-old with reference to house breaking.
A 32-year-old man with reference to stealing from a vehicle.
