According to the official report, the men were sitting outside when gunshots were fired, injuring all three men.

One of the men was hit in the right arm and elbow and another was shot in the stomach, left arm and left leg.

They were rushed to hospital by ambulance.

The third victim was taken to hospital in a private vehicle. The extent of his injuries are not known. The men are in serious but stable condition.

The day before this incident, a 20-year-old man became the country’s latest murder victim when he was shot to death in his vehicle.

It happened around 2am on Saturday in the area of Robinson Road and Ida Street.

Police say he received a call that gunshots were heard in the area.

When they arrived on the scene, they discovered the lifeless body of a man slumped over the wheel of a 1998 Honda CRV.

He had multiple gunshot wounds in the upper portion of his body and was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS personnel.

Police have not officially identified the body however, The Tribune understands he is Ketarrio Ambrister of Chestnut Street, Pinewood Gardens.

That was Nassau’s second murder in two days and the third in a week.

On Friday, the body of 20-year-old Randy Henfield was discovered outside his home on Apple Street off Wulff Road around 5am.
