Sun Oil Ltd hosted a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) Safety Workshop conducted by US propane distributor, Targa Resources.

The seminar opened with an introduction and overview by John Gawronski, a Targa vice-president, and highlighted details on propane production and properties, laying out Best Safety Practices and Emergency Response.

Apart from Sun Oil’s technical staff and customers from throughout the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands, others in attendance included members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force Fire Services; Crosby, Thomas, Harper & Associates; and inspectors from the Volatile Section of the Ministry of Works.
