SET in Eleuthera’s number one national park – the Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve – the exciting trio known as C Force will be performing music from their new album ‘Deep Blue’ during a special concert on Saturday, November 30, beginning at 6.30pm.
The Leon Levy Preserve is one of the newest national parks in the Bahamas National Trust (BNT) park system and the Trust said it is extremely proud to be hosting an event which celebrated the beauty of the Bahamas.
Mark Daniels, preserve manager at the park, said: “We are excited about the opportunity to showcase C Force’s fusion of classical and Caribbean music at the Levy Preserve, a space which was created to celebrate the beauty of the native plants of the Bahamas.
“Beautiful music in a beautiful preserve fits together quite nicely!”
C Force ensemble members Christine Gangelhoff, Christian Justilien, and Christy Lee are all faculty members at the College of the Bahamas and recently released ‘Deep Blue’, a reflection of the band’s commitment to the preservation and promotion of art and music from the Bahamas.
Tickets are $15 in advance for BNT members and $20 for the general public and can be purchased at The Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve, The Haynes Library or Bristol Cellars in Cupid’s Cay.
