CONVICTED child killer Kofhe Goodman has appeared in court again to deny making death threats against five jurors and spitting on one of them.

The 38-year-old, who awaits sentencing having been convicted of the September 2011 murder of Marco Archer, appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Joyanne Ferguson-Pratt yesterday on charges in connection with an incident that occurred shortly after the verdict in his four-month long murder trial.

Goodman faces a single charge of “violence against a juror” and five counts of “threats of death” all alleged to have occurred on Friday, August 2.

It is claimed Goodman spat in the face of a juror and threatened her and four others with death.

When the acting chief magistrate put the charges to Goodman, Goodman claimed he did not understand them.

However, he pleaded not guilty.

A date for trial was set for December before Goodman was remanded back to prison.
