FREEPORT - Three Grand Bahama men are being questioned by police in connection with the murder of British resident Edgar Dart, The Tribune understands.

The men are all residents of East Grand Bahama and are believed to be related. One of the men is also believed to be employed at the oil terminal in East End.

Dart, 56, a wealthy British farmer, was gunned down last Tuesday when three armed intruders entered at his mother's residence in Emerald Bay. He and six other relatives - including his 13-year-old son - were inside the residence. The suspects were armed with a machete and handgun. They tied the family up and robbed them of jewellery and personal items.

The family had planned to celebrate the Easter holiday together.
