Calvary Deliverance Church recently wrapped up its annual “Daughters of Purpose” retreat.

The unique event was aimed at empowering individuals and bridging the gap between younger and older women.
Daughters of Purpose has been held for five years now, and this year was once again a rewarding experience for participants.
The retreat was launched out of the Women of Integrity Ministry at the church.

The young participants received information about a variety of topics, self-kit packages, opportunities of fellowship and friendship. The topics the speakers presented on included “How to care for one’s body”, “How to overcome peer pressure” and “Developing intimacy with God”.

The young ladies also participated in a sewing class.
