CREFLO Dollar, a well-known American televangelist, pastor, and the founder of the non-denominational World Changers Church International, yesterday travelled to the Bahamas to attend memorial services for Dr Myles Munroe and Ruth Monroe.
En route to Nassau, Dollar posted a photo from his private jet of him and his wife, Taffi Dollar, on his Facebook. He said: “Honoured to be speaking at the homegoing service for Dr Myles Munroe and Pastor Ruth Munroe today in the Bahamas.”
Dollar was among several international gospel figures, including singer CeCe Winans, who was expected to pay tribute to the founders of Bahamas Faith Ministries.
Upon hearing of Dr Munroe’s death in a plane crash on November 9, Dollar tweeted: “Taffi and I are saddened to hear about the passing of Dr Myles Munroe and his wife, Ruth. We send our prayers and condolences to the Munroe family and all families affected in today’s tragic event.”
