A 36-year-old man is dead after he was shot in the chest on Wednesday night.
It happened around 7.30pm at Winders Terrace.
According to reports, the man was sitting in his yard when he was approached by a man who pulled out a handgun and shot him several times in the chest.
The victim attempted to run into a neighbour's yard for help but collapsed. The shooter ran off on foot.
The victim was taken to hospital by his family and friends in a private vehicle but was pronounced dead at 8.30pm.
