• Ya hear Tyga has been ordered to pay $200,000?

According to a report by TMZ, the rapper was ordered to pay the money to a former jeweller.
A ruling was dropped last week after a law suit was filed by Jason of Beverly Hills who sued Tyga last year because he said that the Young Money rapper did not pay $91k in jewellery that he bought in 2012. Additionally, Jason wanted a late fee applied because of the rapper’s delinquency.
A judge approved the late fee and ruled in favour of the plaintiff.
Tyga’s rep told TMZ that the whole matter is “all a misunderstanding.”

• Ya hear Big Boi to release a solo album? The rapper revealed last week in an interview with Revolt that he is working on a solo LP.
“We have got a couple new jams we’ve recorded in the studio recently,” said Big Boi. “So, you know, look out for that new Big Boi solo record coming soon,” he said.
Big Boi’s next album will be the follow-up to 2012′s Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. His critically acclaimed debut solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, was released in 2010.

• Ya hear Mary J Blige’s father was stabbed? The singer’s father was stabbed in the neck and is in critical condition.
“Thomas Blige, 63, was critically wounded by a former girlfriend in Battle Creek, Michigan.
“The woman, who remains unnamed, has been charged with assault with intent to murder.
“Police found him in an apartment with two other stab wounds in addition to the one in his neck,” AllHipHop.com stated.
