AUTHORITIES say they have two men in custody for questioning in connection with two recent murders in the Pinewood Gardens community.
The first man was arrested on Monday just after 11pm by officers of the Flying Squad. He is a 22-year-old resident of Commonwealth Boulevard, Elizabeth Estates.
Just after 1am yesterday, the second suspect, a resident of High Tree Estates, was detained.
Police did not specify which murders the men are being questioned about.
Meanwhile, officers in the Berry Islands have arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with an indecent assault claim.
He was detained on Monday.
According to reports, at around 9.30am, officers attached to the Bullocks Harbour Police Station took the man into custody.
The are currently questioning him in connection with an assault on a woman in May 2013.
