Are we to be informed what the suspect was incarcerated for prior? It is good to see the rehabilitative handiwork of Fox Hill prison. People do not have a regard for the lives of others. We are starting to see each other as cockroaches. I pray we find some way of curbing the hatred of our people since the fear of prison or God is not a sufficient deterrent. Prayers for the victim's family.
