The Word of God declares that, “God came from Teman and the Holy One from Mt Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens and the earth was full of his praise.” (Habakkauk 3:3KJV).
One may therefore ask, “But who is God?”

God may be described as and he alone is the highest sovereign in the universe. He is the “I am that I am”, “the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.”(Rev 22:13KJV). God is also a great deliverer, a mighty fortress and a miracle worker who never fails. He is all powerful and is clothed with holiness and righteousness.

However, “he who cometh unto God, must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6 KJV)
Henceforth, God had prepared in the flesh, a body, Jesus Christ, the sacrificial lamb, to redeem man back to himself, as the blood of goats and bullocks could not suffice for man’s sins. (Hebrews 11:4KJV).

However, grace which is God’s unmerited favour was given to all mankind through Jesus’ crucifixion and his resurrection that we may have the gift to eternal life with God.

A compassionate God, one of never-ending love and understanding is one of immeasurable mercy; yet he is a God of wrath and executes judgment upon the unjust.
Today, God is calling man back to himself through the act of repentance.

This is simply turning away from wrong doing (sin) and to start doing what is right according to the Word of God. Allow the spirit of God to start or complete the work that he has begun in your life and become “rapture ready”. For truly, Jesus is coming back again, so let’s continue to be watchful!
