A GLOSSY and informative magazine is being introduced by Bahamas National Trust (BNT) as an annual keepsake, capturing stunning images of nature’s wonders in the archipelago as well as stories written by seasoned writers, scientists, marine biologists and celebrities.
“The role of the Bahamas National Trust is vital to the sustainability of our natural environment,” said Sarah St George, vice president of the Grand Bahama Port Authority (GBPA) which is sponsoring this fundraising initiative entitled The Bahamas, Naturally.
Commending the BNT for their efforts, Ms St George said “They are unswerving in their hard work to protect our country’s species, flora and fauna, along with the operation and monitoring of numerous national parks. “Therefore, we are more than pleased to be able to assist them by means of this worthy gesture.”
The BNT’s Parks Planner Lakeisha Anderson said: “We are so grateful for the continued support of the GBPA in all we do.
“Proceeds from the magazine will go towards supporting our work here on Grand Bahama and throughout the Bahamas.”
