TWO men are assisting the police with their investigation into an armed robbery in Eight Mile Rock after a business establishment on Queens Highway was robbed of cash.
Inspector Terecita Pinder reported that a man armed with a handgun entered the business around 2pm on Wednesday and demanded cash, robbing an employee of $300.
The suspect is about 5’8” to 5’9” of slim build. He is brown skinned and has a low haircut. The gunman was wearing light brown long pants and a short sleeve light brown polo shirt. He fled the scene on foot.
Inspector Pinder said police are questioning two men – a 30-year-old and a 28-year-old – both of Eight Mile Rock.
