CONTESTANTS Stephoine St Louis and Michael Anderson are the winners of this year’s Supermodel of the Bahamas competition.
Organisers said the finale event at Sur Club Sushi last Sunday was the most entertaining to date.
Supermodel of the Bahamas was founded by Oilinsha Coakley, owner of Oilinsha Models and Talent, and similar to America’s Next Top Model, the agency discovers new faces and trains them for the life of a professional model.
Embracing this year’s “Angelic” theme, the 11 male and female contestants were Kendrika O’Connor, Stephoine St Louis, Shaquille Bonab, Shania Pinder, Lynden Ranger, Sharonique Russell, Michael Anderson, Britney Datus, Patrico Griffin, Ashanti Kemp and Sanches Thompson.
Mr Coakley said each year is a different experience and has its challenges, but the organisation received strong funding this year.
During the special awards presentation at the finale, Shania Pinder received the title of Le’ Face Cover Girl 2014, Sanches Thompson received Super Talent and Best Talent, and Best Judges Interview went to Britney Datus.
