EDITOR, The Tribune. What happened to the Department of Consumer Affairs, does it still exist? The government and police need to protect consumers from unscrupulous businesses who knowingly sell defective products. They make no effort to assist the customer toward a satisfactory resolution.
Instead they duck and dodge the issue thus frustrating the customer and cause them to lose their hard earned money. Can such people sleep at night?
As a retired senior citizen I have been the victim of such poor customer service by a particular store.
FOR HONESTY AND JUSTICE Nassau, October 20, 2014.
