Comfort Suites Paradise Island is celebrating its third consecutive TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

It is the third year in a row that travellers have praised the hotel’s accommodations, free amenities and commitment to service.

The resort’s general manager, Earle Bethell, said the property had combined its modern accommodations with a hospitality brand that is difficult to rival in the Nassau-Paradise Island area.

“The greatest honour in receiving this recognition for a third time is that it comes from our guests,” said Mr Bethell.

“The team at Comfort Suites Paradise Island truly understands hospitality. These professionals are dedicated and deliberate in doing their utmost to ensure that the guest experience is positive and our customers are satisfied.”

TripAdvisor is a global travel site that offers advice from travellers and a wide variety of travel choices. The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is awarded to businesses that rank in the top 10 per cent worldwide for traveler feedback.

Comfort Suites Paradise Island hotel recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of its 224 Junior Suites.

The renewal features new bedding, lush sofa beds, elegant draperies, lamps, notable artwork and plush area rugs installed in the bedrooms, while guest bathrooms were outfitted with new granite counter tops and soft mirror lighting.
