A 44-year-old Grand Bahama man was given a ten-year sentence at Her Majesty’s Prison after pleading guilty to burglary and unlawful sexual intercourse on Monday in the Supreme Court.
Tommy Lubin, of Hanna Hill in Eight Mile Rock, pleaded guilty before the start of the trial.
The incident occurred on February 14 at Eight Mile Rock.
Senior Justice Hartman Longley sentenced Lubin to 10 years on the burglary charge and five years on the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse.
Both sentences are to run concurrently.
