A MAN and woman were charged in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court in connection with a stabbing incident in Grand Bahama.
Macdonel Virgille, 27, and Gladys Albert, 39, both of Freeport appeared in Court One before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson. They were charged with causing grievous harm.
It is alleged that on January 18, the accused being concerned together, caused harm to a 51-year-old man, who was hospitalised with serious injuries.
The couple pleaded not guilty to the charge. They were denied bail. They were remanded to the Department of Correctional Services until their March 18 trial date.
