FOUR men were charged in the Freeport Magistrates Court yesterday with a number of housebreaking and stealing incidents on Grand Bahama.
Appearing before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson were 33-year-old Errol Miller, 28-year-old Tex Taylor, 18-year-old Travan Barry and 19-year-old Daryl Simmons, all of South Bahamia.
They were arraigned on two counts of housebreaking and two counts of stealing from a dwelling. It is alleged that between June 19 and 21, the accused, being concerned together, committed the offences.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to all four counts and the matter was adjourned to today for a bail hearing.
Carlson Shurland, who was assisted by Ashley Evans, represented Simmons and Miller.
