A MAN has been shot dead at a restaurant and bar on Karl Road, off Claridge Road, after a late night argument.

Police report that shortly after 1.30am on Sunday, the man got into an altercation with another male that resulted in him being shot multiple times about the body. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was the second fatal shooting in 34 hours and police are searching for a suspect responsible for this incident and for two men in connection with the murder of a man on Friday.

Around 4pm on Friday, a man was about get into his vehicle after leaving a restaurant on Alexander Boulevard, Nassau Village, when two men shot him multiple times about the body before fleeing on foot. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and investigations are ongoing.

The weekend homicides take the total for 2015 to 79 according to The Tribune's records.
