POLICE are seeking the public’s help in solving two separate armed robberies that occurred on Monday.
In the first incident, shortly after noon, a woman was parked in her Mitsubishi L300 taxi, license number 722, at the Lynden Pindling International Airport, when two men asked her to take them to Carmichael Road.
While riding in the area of the Coral Harbour roundabout, the two men armed with a handgun, robbed her of her vehicle and sped off. The vehicle contained two cell phones and a small amount of cash in a handbag.
In the second incident, shortly after 2pm, a man armed with a handgun robbed a business on East Street South of a small amount of cash before fleeing on foot. Investigations are continuing.
