TRIBUNE Media Sales Director Dion Godet and Kelsey Rolle took first prize at the annual Scotiabank Golf Invitational at Lyford Cay on Sunday in perfect conditions on a balmy, sunny day.
Patrick Stevenson and Andrew Bell finished in second followed by Bahamas Customs’ Harold Fountain and Woslee’s Marc Hewison third. The tournament took the format of a two-person scramble.
Closest to the pin winners were the National Insurance Board’s Whitney Patton; Steven Kemp of John F Dunn, Tyreflex Star Motors Patrick Knowles and Patrick Stevenson. The longest drive awards went to Lisa Sheriff and Marc Hewison. The player’s choice of best dressed golfer, was awarded to Dr Barry Russell. The most coveted prize of the day was the hole in one prize, a 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA 200 series courtesy of Tyreflex Star Motors.
Sean Albert, Scotiabank’s Managing Director, said: “This event creates an opportunity to demonstrate our appreciation to our clients, expand our relationships and forge new ones while relishing in an afternoon of golf.”
The tournament was followed by dinner and a cocktail reception at the Lyford Cay Club House.
