THE Tribune’s street philosopher, Potcake, is due to have an operation today at Princess Margaret Hospital - but needs five pints of blood to be donated before the operation can go ahead.
Potcake - whose real name is Locksley Thompson - has been in the hospital since being injured in a traffic accident at the corner of Shirley and Church Streets more than two weeks ago. He has suffered a broken hip.
Anyone able to donate can do so at Princess Margaret Hospital for and on behalf of Locksley Thompson.
