Thanks for publishing my letter of November 5, on the issue of the lack of the Bahamas Christian Council calling for a National Day of Thanksgiving after hurricane Joaquin.

Alleluia the BCC has awaken and we will be called to a National Prayer Day.

Sorry BBC too late for me and I think for the majority of the country.....I will not attend on principle and I hope few others will also.

In our private ways, I am sure we have thanked the Almighty whilst the BCC was dithering around wondering and posturing.

Okay better late than never but sorry guys.....this will be yet a further political event… we’re tired of these things.

In Paris after the acts of terror, there was immediately a service at their Cathedral giving thanks and praying for the victims... Joaquin came over seven weeks ago.

Aid to the Joaquin victims.....why have we not heard what monies certain churches collected and how that money is being used?
