POLICE are investigating a stabbing incident at the College of the Bahamas (COB) on Thursday night.
A male law student was reported to have been stabbed four times after attending a function at the college.
The men who stabbed him vandalised his car as well, according to a person familiar with the incident. She described the attack as a "random act of violence" by people who came "with deviousness on their minds".
Security at COB has, at times, been a concern over the years. According to a college representative, in an effort to bolster campus security, Police Commissioner Ellison Greenslade recently visited the campus as the college hosted its first security conference as it transitions to university status.
