MAGISTRATE Andrew Forbes ruled on Tuesday morning that former Free National Movement Senator John Bostwick II does have a case to answer to concerning the alleged discovery of 10 rounds of ammunition in a backpack at the Grand Bahama International Airport last May.
Bostwick's lawyer, Elliot Lockhart, QC, requested time for the defence to consider the magistrate's ruling and to indicate whether Bostwick will elect to give a defence or remain silent.
The matter is substantially set fot November 2.
