COMPETITION
THE Fourteen Clubs Golf Academy, headed by Georgette Rolle, is scheduled to hold its final day of class/competition for the Fall 2016 in the Bahamas Golf Federation’s Driving Range at the Baillou Hills Sporting Complex on Saturday.
Rolle expressed her gratitude to all of the coaches who assisted her in making the year a successful one and to the many youngsters who came out and participated in the programme.
The year will close out with the Short Game Scoring (Operation 36) set for 11am Saturday. The cost is $10 which includes lunch, drinks and prizes based on performances. The Spring 2017 season will open on Saturday, January 16.

BRU ACTION
THE Bahamas Rugby Union is all set to hold a Nassau Cup game between Buccaneers and Cuckoos 3pm Saturday at the Winton rugby pitch in Winton Meadows,
The next event will be the Buccaneers’ Boxing Day 7s at the same facility on December 26.
GYM TENNIS
INTERCLUB
MATCH
The Gym Tennis Club is slated to host its National Tennis Centre to a challenge match 9:30 am to noon this Sunday.
Teams will compete in men’s singles and men’s doubles in a home-and-away series with the Gym Team visiting the National Tennis Centre.
